It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing the the closing of my practice at 6901 Snider Plaza Suite 150, Dallas, TX 75205. It has been a great pleasure providing your dental health care needs over the years, and it is not easy for me to give it up.
As of June 1, 2019 the office will be closed at Snider Plaza. I will be seeing patients at my flagship Art of Dentistry location at 303 E. Pleasant Run Rd. Desoto, TX 75115 and at Atrium Dental, located 9401 LBJ Frwy Suite 200 Dallas, TX 75243 one day a week on Tuesdays.
Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your permission. If you choose to continue as a patient of record with Dr. Edythe Michelle Morgan please contact her office at, (469) 610-9377. If you choose to go with another provider for your dental health care needs, your records will be released upon request. I greatly value our relationship and thank your for your loyalty over the years. Best wishes for your future health.
