Are you accepting new patients?

Absolutely, we are always accepting new patients.


What type of insurance do you accept?

We accept all PPO insurance’s, and one discount plan which is Ameriplan


What is your office policy on cancelations/ reschedule?

We ask you to give us atleast 24 hour notice, if that notice is not given there is a $25.00 fee


What are the office hours?

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: By Appointment Only


Do you offer payment plans?

on very rare occasions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, Check, Cash, Health Savings account cards
